SunJoy Books (SJB) is not responsible for the posting decisions of the individuals who use the SunJoy Books (SJB) platform.

Prohibited Language

There is a list of words that are prohibited for use, including profanity. Though SJB’s preference is that absolutely no profanity be allowed, if you choose to post script or video with profanity or someone is using profanity in the background, users are to be mindful to star or bleep them out.

 

Prohibited Content

SunJoy Books (SJB) also prohibits certain topics from being promoted on the SJB platform including: sexual content, porn, politically charged topics, political hot topics, politics in general (this is just not the platform for it).

 

Unacceptable Behaviors

SunJoy Books’ (SJB’s) goal is to maintain an wholesome online environment. While we like to promote creative freedom, there are some limitations in place. SunJoy Books (SJB) prohibits unacceptable behaviors. Unacceptable behaviors include: violence in videos, teaching violence in posts, books, or other content, (there is flexibility with Murder Mysteries as long as the content isn’t graphic or too descriptive); being disrespectful, rude, hateful in the true sense, stalking, defaming someone’s character, and the like. SunJoy Books (SJB) also prohibits sexually explicit behaviors, posts, comments, products, books, and the like (romance novels are okay, but keep it clean).

 

Rights Reserved

SunJoy Books (SJB) reserves the right to close accounts, remove posts, books, and merchandise that chooses not to follow the rules of the SJB policy without explanation, though SJB may give warnings before doing so. To reiterate, the GOAL IS TO MAINTAIN A WHOLESOME ONLINE ENVIRONMENT. SunJoy Books desires to maintain a platform where the focus is telling stories, preferably made up / fiction stories, though non-fiction stories/books are definitely welcomed.

 

 

Use of User information

SunJoy Books (SJB) does not sell your information with anybody else. SJB will use your books, merchandise, and occasional posts as promoted material if the user decides to have his/her intellectual property promoted. SunJoy Books will announce new authors on other social media platforms under the SunJoy Books profiles.

 

Privacy

SunJoy Books (SJB) respects your privacy and will not share your personal information with other users or third parties. Outside of that, any information a user is willing to put on the internet is assumed to be “not private”. SunJoy Books will do nothing with that information besides allow it to be on the platform for the world to see.

 

Use Rights

Users have the right to own their “works” as their property. Users have the right to receive credit for their “work” if shared by other users. SunJoy Books is not responsible for the plagiarism of copyrighted material posted by users. Users are to be mindful of their actions in order to not illegally use copyrighted material.
